Name: Ronald Yu
Mission Target: HK
Ronald Yu has been the director of mission and training with China Ministries International, teaching at the Chinese Mission Seminary in Hong Kong and partnering with churches, ministry partners, and business entrepreneurs to send out bi-vocational missionaries into China. Three years ago, he retired from the Chinese Mission Seminary in June of 2019 at the age of 65, but continued to serve part-time at CMI Hong Kong as President for three more years to mentor a successor for the leadership role. At this time, he is transitioning into retirement beginning in June, and is looking forward to enjoying leisure activities with his wife at his village house and garden.
Praises & Prayers
- Praise God for peace and health under the threat of the pandemic and drastic changes in HK. May God keep His children and churches in HK and China like the apple of the eye (Ps.17:8).
- Pray for the new BAM company, VBN, that it may perform well in doing viable and sustainable business after the decline of the pandemic, hopefully soon.
- Please pray for the completion of other workplace mission courses so that they may help missionaries and missional professionals to germinate these seeds in their families, churches, schools and business companies.
