Short Term Mission

To mobilize youths in lifetime service, evangelism and Great Commission work, every summer CBCGL Youths are organized to service our local community, and/or Boston Project ministry in Dorchester, MA. Every other summer, we plan a domatic or international short Term Mission (STM) trip for our youth group.

This summer, we will resume our service to Boston Project ministy in Dorchester, MA after three year of COVID interuption. Boston Project is a one-week cross-cultural learning and serving trip hosted by TBPM (https://www.tbpm.org/volunteer/group-volunteering/)

 Our 2023 BP week  is 7/9-7/14. The first step is to form a BP team. All LYFers who will be in High School this fall can apply now.

c.     Since none of our current youth except the graduating seniors has been to BP, we will be in the GIFT room (A102/104) this Sunday (3/5) during lunchtime to answer questions you may have about the Boston Project program.

 

This summer, youths will continue servicing our local community through Youth Service Project (YSP) in the following two weeks. All youths and friends are welcome to join. Mark you calendar and Stay tuned when summer comes.
