Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
This weekend is a holiday weekend – Indigenous Persons Day on October 13. Because it is the long weekend, the youth group has their annual retreat at Camp Spofford. Pray for them! Pray that the Lord will work to encounter, comfort, correct and encourage students to know, love, and follow Him. Pray for strength, wisdom and love for the counselors. Pray for students to be loving and kind to one another.
Please also note that because of the holiday weekend, we will not have regular Friday Night Fellowship. Enjoy a Friday night with your family or with some friends or just having a quiet night! We will still have Sunday School on Sunday. So we hope to see you at church on Sunday.
Also, there is no Open Gym scheduled for CPC this week. I hope that you find a way to be fit and also have time to connect with others on Saturday!
